Payment Processing

We accept cash, money order, PayPal, credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept checks. You may tip your pet consultant in cash or by check or add it to your credit/debit card. 

Payments are to be made at the get-acquainted visit or on the first day of service. If you are a recurring customer (weekly, monthly, etc.) we will make separate arrangements for payments.

Refunds: Coming home early, or need to change your service dates? We will provide a refund or credit provided you follow the cancellation policy as published for each service.
