Payment Processing

We accept cash, money order, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, credit cards, and debit cards. We do not accept checks. You may tip your pet consultant in cash or add it to your credit/debit card. 

Payments are to be made at the get-acquainted visit or on the first day of service. If you are a recurring customer (weekly, monthly, etc.) we will make separate arrangements for payments.

Refunds: If your plans change, and your trip is cancelled, and service has not started, we will refund the full amount of the services. If your trip has started and you return early - for any reason - you will not receive a refund on unused visits as we blocked the calendar specifically for your pets' care. If you are a recurring customer i.e. regular walker you can cancel a daily walk 24 hours prior to scheduled service.
